Hi All,  I have put on 30 pounds over the past 6 years (2 kids later), and tried to justify that it wasn't that much weight.  I still looked ok in the mirror before I left the house. However, I would be totally shocked if I caught a glance of myself in a shop window or at they way I looked in any photos ... that's if I let anyone take a photo.  Who is that other person?

Well, now I have a little more perspective. I'm a visual person and this image helps me put my weight issue into focus.  I have put on 6 of these clumps of fat and now I have 6 of these to lose.  This highly motivates me.
