Beginning my "Buffing" phase today. Buffing starts for me on cycle day 5 and goes 2 weeks until cycle day 19. It's the time of the month when I have the most focus, cravings are under control and my workouts are intense. The goal during the buffing phase is to lean up, diet hard and see the scale go down.
