Hi!! I have a neurotypical 2yo and a 5yo who is nonverbal (severe oral and verbal apraxia) and has some fine motor issues. It has been harder than I'd like to admit to lose the weight that has piled on since his birth. And while I'd like to blame the stress of being a special needs parent (which is certainly a factor) part of it has been sheer laziness on my part.
