Hey Conejo Valley Chicks! Want to join with some fun gals to work out OUR own way? I'm talkin' about: Walking (low impact, medium & high ~ it's ALL okay!), Hiking (OMGosh, there are so many great hiking trails around here!), Running (ever dreamed of doing your first 5K? It's only 3 1/2 miles), gym workouts; Yoga; whatever else we can put together within our network of busy and active working gals. I don't know about you, but I don't have 3 - 4 hours a day to spend at the gym ~ I WORK for my living! And so do you! But I'll bet we all have a few hours a week, and that's what will make the difference this fall and winter for our health & waistlines!
