Join us! Goals for this month:
1) Commit to eating Meatless Every Monday. No flesh foods. No chicken, beef, pork, seafood etc.
2) Tuesday thru Sunday – Eat at least one completely Plant Based, healthy meal each day – Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
