Hello, I am a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist - I see we have an MD and an RN in the group, which is awesome! I'm a pretty far distance from my goal weight, but I am hoping that by participating more, reading what others write and posting myself, I will be more involved and have more of a constant reminder of my health goals. Definitely going for habit changes instead of crazy weight loss schemes :)
