I am new. My name is Tom. I have been on under 20 (most days below 10) g of carbs for 4 weeks. I have lost 25.6lbs. I have achieved and maintained Ketosis. I have started to walk too. I started weighing 304lbs and I am at 278lbs now, I am only 5'6" tall. I am 61 years old and my goal is to get to 195lbs which is what I weighed senior year in high school. I am looking to make friends, give and receive support for this new lifestyle. Thanks
