I'm not sure how many people only have a little to lose. Whether you have lost a lot to join this group or just want to lose a size, I am hoping this group can share tips for staying motivated when you don't have a lot to lose. Sometimes your body gets used to diet and exercise, so weight loss slows down. Other times, you may not be as careful because you are not that unhappy with your appearance.
