Try some new exercises to keep your body from getting in a rut.
Monday... Try working out with weights
Tuesday.., Take a long walk.
Wedsnesday... Do weight resistance using your body as weight.
Thursday... Work out aerobically with a rowing machine, efx, or treadmill.
Friday... Play tennis, do the same activity as your toddler for an hour (if you have one...not napping or eating though), or choose an exercise video of your choice.
