Hi. Used to participate in ultra trail runs and lift. The Fibromyalgia hit my right leg, back and hope for the future. I have up for several years until I was able to get chronic pain under control and am working my way back. Due to Depression and Anxiety at times I take one step forward and two steps back but still trying.

Hey, count on that step forward, though! I feel you (I have been all over the place in the last 5-6 years) and I know Fibro is no joke. Anything specific you have that is working for you? Right know, it is just walking my pup (he's little, so he doesn't tire me out too easily)
