Hello everyone :) I'm new to DB and excited to give this a try. I have some mobility issues as well, so no running or jumping for me either, but I try to go on slow walks with my cane everyday and do some simple bodyweight exercises from time to time. Mostly I struggle with mental health though (a fun mix of schizophrenia, depression and autism), so things can get overwhelming pretty fast. I'm staying optimistic though, setting achievable goals, and giving it my all :) I'm sure all of us can do this and get to a weight we feel comfortable with :) so yay, here's to us!

Hey, Chris! My daughter is Autistic and struggles with depression (among other things, like you), and she's an amazing person. I've found that the slow walks and the body-weight stuff really seem to be doing it for me, this time, so I hope they work for you, too.

What kind of cane do you have, if you don't mind me asking? I've just "graduated" to one.
