This was my first week on db and i already dropped 2,8 % of my total bodyweight. The number sounds big, but i am starting with a pretty high weight. So i start with dropping quite a few pounds, but a lot of the loss is water too.
I skipped sweets, soda an dinner for the last week. Unfortunately I dont have the time to do sports atm (fulltime job + student).
What I learnd last week is quite shocking. I work in an office. As i skiped sweets this week i noticed how mutch sweets we eat in the office during work. A little suggarfix here, a little cupcake with the coffe there, presents from clients, coworkes baked cake for birthday, college comes back from bussines trip with butterfingers and so on...
And this are all calories you take in without noticing them even ... i collected all the sweets i didnt eat this week ... shocking, we are talking about thousands of calories!
