This week was tough. Work was demanding and stressful and I found myself missing meals and getting demotivated. My energy was low but I had to remind myself that I only had 28 days to prove to myself that I can indeed commit to a change and see it through. It was a struggle but I managed to lose a pound. My goal was to lose 2 pounds each week. So I'm starting week 2 at a deficit but with better focus. I also will be reducing the amount of coffee I drink and increasing water and black tea.#bettingonmyself #stronger
