busy busy busy day,and then I realize.. BAM i havent ate :/. Story of my life at work lately. However in the past I would get off work and just eat alot of bad food. I felt like i deserved it because I havnt ate all day. However today, I was strong. I had time to eat at the end of work but resisted the bad food( did I mention I work at chick-fil-A?!?!, you know how hard it is to resist a perfectly fried chicken sandwhich?!?!). Anyways, I waited till I got home and hate a lean cuisine, and surprisingly it filled me up. I then snacked on fruit and had a healthy dinner. I think my body is finally getting used to smaller portions, yay!!!
