I do use it on every salad I eat. Just a little ACV, olive oil, and Spike seasoning is all I use. Love it! I tried putting it in my water but couldn't handle the taste that much. My 80yr old mother swears by it, she takes a tablespoon a day every day and has for many many years. She's healthy as can be with no major health issues. I do believe it helps the body tremendously so that is why I'm adding it into my diet. Best of luck to you!
