I have tried so many times to lose weight and each time I fail I care less about myself. I let it spiral out of control and it wasn't until Feb/2016 I decided enough! I have changed my eating habits and watched the weight fall off! I feel so awesome when I see those numbers on the scale now, and to most people 235 is still obese! Imagine when I break back into 199. Can't wait!
