My new fitness challenge started yesterday, but I missed a day thanks to a busy day that triggered a migraine. Now I am committed!
I just read Heidi's post about making promises to ourself. I promise myself I won't eat after 8pm and I will drink at least 100oz of water a day. I will stop snacking and undoing all my hard work by absentmindedly snacking. I will make my schedule work around getting dinner in before then so I can keep my promise to myself! I love this idea! I'm doing this for me!!!
