I have been working out from past four years now. faced various up's and down's while transforming my body to a certain level. Though still havent achieved because what it takes is lot more then work out in the gym. Now after reading books, online training sessions, and PT sessions, I came to a resolution that nutrition and diet actually play a vital role in transformation to a certain level. Just started with Bigger, Leaner stronger and saw: the simple science of buidling male body by Micheal matthews which till now is helping me out to gain knowldege about basic necessities of body building. Also signed up for DIETBET.COM Through the same book. Well i really liked the app and am ready to accept certain upcoming challenges.
