I have a fitness/health IG, and through the people that I follow, for the past few months, I'v seen numberous posts about these "dietbets". So finally, the other week, I decided to really look into it. Lose 4% in 4 weeks, straightforward and seems possible.

My starting weight is 155, weight to be lost 6.2 pounds.

My efforts:

I do use Herbalife, with the meal plan of 2 shakes a day, 2 or 3 snacks a day, and one balanced meal (lunch). If done correctly, its actually satisfying and great.

Drink 80-100 oz of water a day

No fast food, junk food, dunkin/starbucks

Sticking to my meal plan

Eating a variety of healthy foods

I am really commited to this dietbet, and hope to see great progress!
