The website for Medifast has undergone changes recently that make it hard to log food (among other things). I'm trying to be positive and hopeful that things will turn around. Until then, I am logging my food on the fitbit site/app. I had a Force wristband but had to stop wearing it. I want to get the new Charge HR when it comes out. Until then I'm using my very old fitbit. Having it clipped to my bra is not very convenient but it will have to do! 

Halloween is a state holiday here in Nevada (Nevada Day -- the day we joined the Union) and I had the day off. Eating right was very hard in the morning. I even had a Pizza Hut order filled out on my iPad but didn't put it in. I'm proud I made it through without cheating. It was tough!
