Had a grocery shopping last night! Since it was around midnight so didn't cook any lunch or dinner for today. I did do something (I think is smart) with them though. I checked out the receipes I hace in my plan and cut out almost EVERYTHING I would need for making each meal. I am planning to start the diet on Monday~
I did try a few things today though. Got toaster waffles with orange marmalade for breakfast (ORANGE), strawberry smmoothies (RED) and carrots and hummus for snacks (ORANGE). They were super filling that I actually didn't even have my lunch yet and it's 3:30pm now! I have a 6-inch subway tuna sandwich with me right now. I cut down the sauce and got more veggies in it, so I guess that is GREEN? :)
P.S. Is anyone an expert in the picture function of this blog? I can nver get the photos to show the way I want :/
