Hello to all my fellow Office workers who sit on their bums most of the day and in front of a Computer, if you dont... well lucky you!

I just started a new desk job that transforms me into a computer zombie for most of the day. I cant belive how much weight I gained! Its really ridiculous. I went from a desk job with goodies here and there but this new job has so many devilish qualities it sucks. here is what my day consists of:

  • 7:00 Am- Strong Coffee and at least one person gives me half a doughnut or cokkies or some kind of empty calorie packed breakfast food.
  • 9:30Am- Break Time!! and More Food. We have a truck that comes in and of course I cant pass up $3 spam and egg omlets over a bed of white rice and Sriracha dipping sauce. Yum!!!!
  • 12:00 p.m- Lunch Time! which either consists off $5.95 all you can eat chinese, any type of fast food you can think of, or walking across the street to a companys huge cafeteria for the special of the day.
  • 2:30 pm- Tea time which means tea and candy!! or cokkies or more snacks. Keep in mind I rarely purchase these items myelf, they are given to me. ughhhhh. And I cant be mean and say no. :(... gobble gobble gobble.
  • 4:30pm time to finally go home- But who can stay awake in an hours worth of traffic without drinking a soda and eating a small bag of chips, more candy or cookies.

It is literally an all day journey through the candyland game here, there are so many temptations and coworkers giving me food ... its no wonder I have gained about 20-30lbs at this new job. i started in March mind you. AND I HAVE THE WORST SWEET TOOTH.

I am the heaviest I have ever been in my entire life and dread looking for clothes or stepping on the scale.

Dietbet has really encouraged me to watch what I eat and get on a healthy track again I am not entirely there yet but almost... Someone just literally handed me a chocolate doughnut right now... ugh....

Anyways, I truy need to begin saying no to sweets and bad habits and plan out my days with carrots, raisens, celery, fruits, veggies and other healthy alternatives. Its going to be tough but I believe I can do it!!

Any one else have problems with desk job munchies?
