am = matzos crackers, mayo and processed meat slice

lunch = jacket potato (no skin) marg, nectarine

mid afternoon = 400g watermelon, matzos, houmous

 I have already drunk my 3 litres of water and its not even dinner time,

but I feel soooooo hungry today in this heat.

So I've just eaten 

dinner = houmous, matzos, mayo, 100g chicken breast

But I have felt tired most of the day, and Ive now reached 4 litres
