I could maintain my posts to myself but what's the point to write if no one will ever see, so decided to share with you my thoughts about the Lemon Water Detox I'm doing right now, but before I start I'd like to say a few words.

Forgive me if you find any mistake in my writing or way of saying things, that's due to the fact that I'm not a native english speaker but I always try my best, so that's what matters. I'm actually Brazilian, living in Australia for the last 9 years, but enough about me, let's talk about what really matters...

A friend of mine just launched this new product in Brazil based on the lemon water detox, it's a course about how to do that in a safe way and someone just told me that there is actually a book about it that is called Master Cleanse.

I've never heard about it before my friend came up with the detox idea he just launched in Brazil, and then I decided to try. I got a bit scared when I found out everything was based on drinking water, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and maple syrup, but the benefits of the people that tried had really got my attention as I was watching the video testimonials.

As I love to experiment, I did the whole preparation before I started the cleanse and today is the 10th day that I'm drinking only that and I have no idea why, but I feel happy as I've never been before eating solid food, how weird is that?

I started to wonder what in the world this lemon water did to me that made me much more relaxed, calm, way less stressed out and focused like never before. Why I do not feel hungry at all? and it seems that I could keep going for ages...

But calm down... I have a bit of common sense, of course I wouldn't live on lemon water, I just did that for a whole bunch of reasons, to flush the toxins out of my body, to "reboot the system" having a brand new start, to see if I could finish the 10 days and be proud for being able to stay as focused as I did and more importantly to know that I can do whatever I put my mind into.

So do I recommend this cleanse? Yes, I do!

But do not exercise while you're doing it, cause then you're gonna get in trouble... The results so far is that I lost 4.5kg, I do not feel like stopping cause my organism is thanking me for that and I have a couple more kgs to go, so I intend to stop very soon.

And of course NEVER EVER EVER do something like that and then go back to eating solids straight away otherwise you're going to die! No, really... it's really dangerous.

You have to prepare yourself to eat solids again then I recommend 3 days after you finish to prepare your organism to get used to solids again:

1st day: only orange juices
2nd day: only soups, purees and juices
3rd day: solid vegies and purees

Be very careful with the whole process and take good care of yourself then you'll be ok! :)
