So it's my first time doing a Military diet, and I want to lose weight really fast. I am going back home for Chinese New Year, so I want to drop a few pounds and look less chubby when I go back to see friends and families that I haven't seen in months or years.
This diet claims to be able to lose 10 pounds in 3 days, and I understand that some people might lose only 2 or 4 pounds. My goal is to stick to the diet as closely as possible and to lose at least 5 pounds.
Starting weight: A shocking 137.6 pounds (after 4 days of binging)....
Goal weight: 132 pounds
I will be posting pictures of every meal and my moods/feelings.
