Is anyone else nervous to look at the scale a few days before the weigh-in? knowing you still have weight to lose?
My body has 'betrayed' me so many times this month that I am so nervous. This morning, I opened my eyes and was so bummed out, I thought I gained 0.3 kg. But when I looked at the first 2 digits it actually said I lost 0.7 kg! WOOHOO. I've been so discouraged because everyone's been so good (and such good sports, thanks for that!) and it just didn't work out for me. But now I've only got 0.6 kg (about 1 lbs) to lose and HOPEFULLY I will see you at the finish line!
Today, I have a serious hate-love relationship with the scale. I hope the scale will be nice to me the next few days so I will still win my share. I'm so excited and anxious at the same time! Today, we celebrate my dad's birthday. I made a vegan, low-sugar (he's diabetic) brownie cake and I'll make a vegan lasagne. It's quite a lot of calories, so I've planned out low calorie meals for breakfast and lunch. Hopefully my scale's still nice to me tomorrow and won't upset me. I don't have time for that! :)
