Tada!

This is my deliciously, healthy, yummy dinner & only 175 calories!!!

That definately makes it even more delicious!

 

My very first time making it this way and it was fun and super duper delicious!

I am crazy in love with avocados. They are so healthy for you internally and externally.

Would you try? I promise its delicious!

 

Here it is...

  • (1/2) Medium Avocado 125 calories
  • (1oz) Extra Lean Ground Turkey 32 calories
  • (1/2) Medium Tomatoe 18 calories

 

  • My first step was to set the oven to 375°.
  • Then, I went ahead and stove top cook the turkey and tomatoe.
  • I used the tomatoe as "seasoning" as I want to eat more cleaner and healthier.
  • I cut the avocado in half (w/out seed) and topped the turkey on top.
  • Let the avocado sit in the oven for about 10 minutes.

IF YOU LIKE: you may add a bit of cheese to top it off (i excluded that from mine)

                                     total:  {175 calories}

 

Remember to be creative with the recipes you pick up. If you wanna add peppers or carrots to the turkey...go ahead and do what makes your heart happy in a healthy and delicious way!
