I began this Diet Bet called Mothers Day Meltdown, this past Saturday, April 11th, 2015. I used to be a fairly fit person, exercising 6 days a week and eating small portions. I am 5'4 and I weighed 120. After having my beautiful daughters, over the years I have gained weight, stopped exercising, and eating unhealthy foods and too much of them. I am tired of being tired, sick of feeling bad, and no longer want to deal with injuries that come from being over weight. Although I do not plan to get down to that weight, I do plan to bring it down by 50 lbs over the course of 2015.
The main reason I want to lose weight is for my daughter, who thinks I am beautiful no matter what the weight. I want her to see her Mother healthy and I want to be around to watch her grow up and have her own family. Yes I can do this! I have started exercising daily, eating better, smaller portions, and I will hold myself accountable. I am on my way to Losing it! :)
