Not doing great in the challenge, I'm still enjoying food too much - I guess it equals "life" to me. I have a client who I've hypnotized that for her smoking is illegal. Which got me to thinking about hypnotizing myself that I'm "allergic" to sugar, but that may backfire on me. I really don't want to end up with hives if I have a piece of chocolate! The mind is a powerful thing. So I'm thinking that for ~just~ the next 9 days I'll try to lose 9 pounds (have to lose 8.9 to "win" the bet) by being super-strict (by eating ONLY nutritious things ... plus my coffee). Think I can do it???
