Days 11-20
I moved from doing the pushup moves on the edge of my desk to doing them on my knees! I know Tony Horton says to do them full and just decrease the depth you go down, but in a full push-up position I can unlock my elbows...and that's it. I'm still in love with the Agility X workout, and the Challenge was more challenging on the floor than on the edge of the desk.
Days 21-30
Tony Horton's idea of a "rest week" is pure evil. I found the rest week almost harder than the normal week. Plus, I caught the summer cold going around aka bronchitis. I went to the doctor early enough to only have to really deal with the coughing/wheezing/shortness of breath. I am on an inhaler for 6 weeks, so my ability to keep up with the cardio is going to be stunted until my lungs clear up. I still do them, but at a really slow pace, so my idea of how these workouts are isn't great.
