So day one...
Posted my pictures to be approved with my weight. That alone should be motivation!! This whole challenge is for ME and no one else. I am unhappy with myself and the way I look and feel. Those pictures...they gave me the drive to get my first workout for the challenge in immediatly after.
I did as much of the recommended workout as I could. I cannot do it as long but I will not stop trying until I can do a whole set! And I did 20minutes of stress relive yoga, again I am akward and not very good but I will not give up on myself!!
