My goal is not so much weight loss, but to condition myself to workout 3-4X a week in the winter. I am going to REALLY try to play my workout DVDs. Last few days of exercise consisted of:

  1. Thursday-strength training DVD.
  2. Saturday-25 miles on my hybrid bike.
  3. Sunday-35 miles on the road bike

I have several Bob Harper workout DVDs. They are tough. What I really like about them, each DVD hits every part of your body. They also only require LIGHT dumbbells. Light weight and high repetitions reduces  your chance of injury significantly. I've seen a lot of people tear ligaments, tendons, muscles by trying to lift too much weight too quickly.
