Everyone has a "Why" and everyone has to start somewhere! For me my ultimate why is not feeling confident about myself. I haven't liked the way I look in many years and I always try to cover up as I feel embarrassed to look the way I do. I went from 135 to 160 in less than 3 years and I haven't been able to keep anything off.
I have 2 kids and a husband I need to be a healthy role model for and I can't do that of I'm unhealthy and unhappy with myself. I have started many times to lose weight but never am able to stick to a plan. I get way to involved with making sure everything is perfect that I set myself up for failure.
This time I won't really have a detailed plan I am just going to focus on completing some form of a workout (hiking. Running, etc..) 5 days a week, I will work on eating at least 1 healthy meal a day. As I start to feel comfortable I will gradually make changes to living a healthier lifestyle.
