I love this... and I completely agree! At one time I thought, "I can diet but I hate exercise!" Then I came to a point that if I didn't exercise I wasn't going to get where I wanted & needed to go... which was to drop 60 lbs, I was 39! On my own I started getting up 45 mins early and doing 30 mins of exercise.My Doc said find something to keep you accountable or you could get bored. Now, seven years later I'm totally addicted... I get up (without an alarm) at 4:45am and either run or go to boot camp. I'm so thankful to have found a group that helped me find myself! Enjoy your journey and good luck!
