It's time to start a new goal!  I'm so excited about this one too!  It always seems like I do better when I am being challenged and held accountable by someone or something like a goal.  I love IF and I have actually been following it for just under 1 year now- I do 20/4 and 18/6 but I am not that great at being strict on it.  I just eat during my window and don't eat when it's not my time.  I have maintained my weight, but I can tell that I binge a little to much and espically eat to few calories during my window- I just need to work on consistancy and following the program that Dr. Sara puts out clearly.  I used to be a figure competitor, so I tend to be REALLY hard on myself and get stressed out when I buckle down to much.  Other competitors know what I mean, I revolt by eating 20 oreos or whatever is available.  SO- here is to holding me accountable and staying on track!   You never know- my abs just may make another appearance!
