Good morning everyone! I have decided to start blogging my fitness journey. I have set a BIG goal for this year, which will include reaching small goals to accomplish it. I want to compete in a bodybuilding competition. I started training for one last year and didn't follow through to the end for different reasons. I don't want this year to come & go without me fulfilling that bucket list goal but it's going to take some work, first of which will be losing some weight while maintaining muscle mass. The hardest part for me seems to be the nutrition. I struggle to eat clean all the time. I have cut out cream in my coffee and soda so that is a start. I have also designed a "clean" nutrition plan where I will be eating every 2 to 3 hours. It worked for me in the past so I'm going to do it again.
