So I am currently in the second week of insanity Max 30. Today was day 4 for me. (Tabata Power) I totally maxed out the whole 30 minutes. I was extremely amazed at the fact that I was able to max out the who workout, considering I maxed out at 6 minutes my first week … lol.
I also tried a pre workout igniter today, just to see if it works…. and it does!!!! I was so hype. I did my insanity Max 30, then went on and did some T25 and P90X3. And I wanted to do more!!!!
I went to go do chorus around the house and was sooo hype. Rapping along to J Cole the whole time, my brother was getting annoyed..
So i don’t know if i’m going to take it tomorrow for my workout. I was wayyyy to hype today.
