Last year my husband bought me a treadmill for my birthday. By placing it in my bedroom, the plan was for me to roll out of bed and walk EVERY morning before heading out for the day. During the past eleven months, it has been used by regularly but not by me. I've probably been on the thing a dozen times but that average of once a month is quite pitiful!
I'm happy to state that starting last night, I am off and walking! I only did 20 minutes at a speed of 2.5 mph on a #2 incline but at least I did it. I'm hoping a routine of daily exercise coupled with ACCURATE food journaling will keep me on track and get results.
