My wife has always told me exercise is easier when it is something you enjoy. So her and I have started playing raquetball. It is a great workout and I am loving it, but my knees are starting to feel the effects of it. Hoping I can push through it so I can continue to play. Dropping some weight will definitely help with my knees, it's just getting there.

Yes...It's been so fun and definitely a challenge for me. Your knees will strengthen as we keep pushing along. You're injured and you still kick my trash :) Love ya bab!
