Hi, it's me again...
I had another successful day, according to my set parameters. Walking, swimming, skipping the junky diet in favour of healther options.
I'm currently working on putting together a 'training program' for me, which is really hard work. I can't even do a single push-up, that's how weak I currently am, I can do a few squats, a few sit-ups, and after about 5 burpees I'm dead. I think daily burpees, jumping jacks, and maybe something else as cardio, then do push-ups, tricep dips, sit-ups/crunches, squats, lunges, and bridges on an 'every other day'-basis. Do upper body and sit-ups one day, then lower body and bridges the other. I don't know, we'll see what I end up with.
