I woke  out of up 15 min early today. I didn't get out of bed but it's significant to me because I have been hitting snooze like crazy. I felt like my body gave me a snooze pre-alarm. :-) I started Insanity yesterday and intend to put my choices into action and workout every morning. I cannot do any push ups yet, but I can lean gently on my arms enough for stretching. I have a very painful condition with the nerves in my wrists and my hips are stiff so I modified but it was a really good workout anyway. I feel so much better all day long for it that in comparison of running late and still feeling tired like hitting snooze can only do I am up and thinking, "what can I do to make today awesome?"  Good Morning Shaun T!
