You can do anything that you set your mind to. It is ok to treat yourself even if it isn't good for you. If you don't treat yourself, you may go on an eating binge after all of this is said and done and gain all of the weight back again and then some. This is a lifestyle change and not a temporary fix. Eat stuff that you normally eat when you are not on a diet but watch the portion size. Put stuff in the freezer that you don't want to go bad. You can do this!
