So I'm feeling a bit guilty and a bit excited about my first day's loss. Down five pounds since my weigh in last night! Woo-hoo! That's exciting, and I worked my butt off yesterday. I walked for 27k steps and ate pretty healthy. I earned a loss!
On the other hand, it feels a bit like cheating, because I discovered this site at night and put in my first weigh in at night, which obviously is going to be heavier than when I weigh in in the morning. What do you think? Is it cheating? I hope not. I certainly didn't mean to. I guess we'll see what normal fluctuations end up doing throughout this next period of time!
