I've weighed in, sent in my photos, and I'm waiting to be verified. I'm very excited to start this new DietBet. I was in a Chris Powell DietBet once before and quit when I only had about 3 pounds to go. That's not happening this time. I'm finishing and I'm winning.
For the last month and a half I've been doing Whole30. I have about two weeks left (of my aecnd Whole30) and after that will transition into Paleo. Considering my blood sugar issues, low-carb really is the best diet for me. I do need to focus more on veggies, though.
In addition, I do CrossFit 3x a week. Sometimes I miss one of those days so my fitness goal through this DietBet is to not miss any WODs (workout of the day).
I'm a mom of 5, so extra time is limited, but I'd like to get out there, walking or bike riding, on my days off of CrossFit. We'll see if that actually works out! Lol
My 4% is 11.3 pounds. Not easy, but doable.
