Well I did it! I made it successfully through day one. I thought it might be a struggle, but it's totally opposite for me! I woke up great and had some breakfast! Didn't really snack like I used to every day. Snacking and late night eating is the worst thing I love doing; however, today I stuck to healthy meals and finished my day off with a 3.6 mile walk! It felt great to get out in the beautiful sunshine and exercise. I like the thought of not always having to go to the gym to have a good solid workout! I'm looking forward to the next 27 days of this challenge and to keep everyone updated on how I am doing! Until next time: Never give up on what you want to accomplish!
