It's so simple, really, and so terribly difficult at the same time.  Simple because I KNOW how to do this.  I KNOW how to fuel my body with healthy, smart food choices.  I KNOW how to move my body, to workout in ways that strengthen me inside and out.  I'm a personal trainer for God's sake.  I'm vegan.  I plan for eating whole, clean foods.

 

Then I make BAD choices.  To sleep in instead of hitting the gym.  To then skip it in the afternoon, too.  To eat healthy all day and then blow it at night with chips, and vegan treats. 

So, today I am beginning to look ahead and leave behind those bad habits.  Today I begin to look toward November 4th.  That's the day I can expect to be at my goal weight, averaging a little less than 1 1/2 lbs a week.  That's very reasonable if I just remember that each choice I make can either move me toward success on that day or further away.

This picture is the tattoo I have promised myself when I get to my goal.  So I'm going to make an appointment for November 4th for this.  I can do this.
