I'm 42! On my birthday I turned older than I have ever been. I weighed a few days ago....more than I ever have! This must change. My knees hurt, my back hurts (- I have a pars defect with a malfunctioning lumbar area- ), my cholesterol is high, I'm tired all the time.
After much research, it appears to lower my cholesterol I need exercise! I'm also trying some cholesterol lowering foods-- soy, Brussels sprouts, walnuts, etc.
To lower my weight, I need fewer calories! That is my first step... 1200 a day! It's going to be tough! Gonna have to keep a food journal!
lets do this...time for change!!
