Since as early as 4th grade, I can remember being taught by adults to resist "peer pressure".  It was as though we were being taught that every decision and choice we made in life  had to come from one singlular force... ourselves.  Well, I'm happy to say that while I understand the premise by this message, I have happily embraced peer pressure my entire life as a vessel for growth.  What can I say, at his point in my life, I am not naturally a person to get up and go to the gym at all costs, or to opt for none as opposed to three cookies!  Thankfully, I have people around me both in person and in the virtual world to give me that added push that I still need.  It's amazing how just a few words from a virtual stranger posted online can help me get over the hump and increase the likelehood that I will make some great choices.

To my fellow dietbetters.... thanks for the pressure.   I appreciate it!
