I've always been overweight and many years ago, I came to the conclusion that I will never be thin. But I can be healthy. My goal is to get myself to a healthy weight, where I don't have to worry about diabetes or the inability to do the physical activities that I love.
I am joining the DietBet game in an effort to kick myself in the butt and to have friendly motivation from other people who are all striving for similar goals.
This October, I will run a half marathon. My first. I WILL to feel good and look good while doing it.
