Only one week left and my 4% goal is just around the corner I'm at 3,2% today. This week will be burning fat week at the Crossfit gym. I'm going to skip the guild free day next sunday and make it a high carb day instead and then end with two low carbs days, then it will be a time for the final weight in.

I have been doing good with the greens intake but you can always do better, my water intake for the days are ok but I need to drink more water.
